Who we are

Mother and Daughter

Sown Fields came out of a conversation on a mother daughter trip to Chicago. We were sitting in the most cozy coffee shop with the cold winter winds blowing snow flurries around us through the windows outside. As we were sipping our coffee, the idea seemed to hit us both at the same time. What if we could spend time finding ways to encourage us all to fully embrace our life story in a way that allows us to share this with others? Over the next few years ... Read Full Story Here

Meet Tami

In my corner of this kingdom on earth, I am a wife to Jim, my sweetheart of 37 years, a mom to 4, and am happy to be called "grams" by my lovely growing brood of grandkids.

I believe we all have a story and I purpose to embrace mine by learning to love and accept my own history and stay determined to look to the future with hope, grace, and faith. As a counselor, I help others reconcile their journey in a way that connects mind, body, and spirit with our true calling as those created for a purpose in God's overall plan of redemption for mankind.

I invite you to join us as we explore the many ways we can understand the value of the lessons we've learned in life and address those areas where we may have discounted our unique stories and undermined how we impact those around us. Keep Reading

So thankful you are here!

Meet Erika

I am so happy you are here at Sown Fields and hope you walk away feeling encouraged and hopeful to face whatever God has put in front of you. He is with you and cares deeply not just about everything you are facing but YOU.

I am currently a mother of two precious boys and Lord willing more to come, living with my husband in Logan Utah. I grew up in East Texas but have always had a passion for the outdoors so Utah naturally fits the bill. My husband and I moved here as we desired to support as well as learn and grow from being part of a church plant. We spend as much time as we can outdoors, in fellowship with others and enjoying the life God has gifted to us. Our life is not picture perfect and never will be. I don't believe there is such a thing here on earth no matter what social media might tell you. My story, like many others, is full of highs and lows, but what has remained steady is the Lord and His relentless love and faithfulness. May you leave here today ready to embrace where you are at in your own journey. You are unique, beautiful and one of a kind! You are loved and meant for a life of Freedom in Christ. Keep Reading
